About Outing Dementia

Outing Dementia would not be possible without Jones-Harrison, a  senior residence providing housing and rehabilitation for over 125 years, and Training to Serve, an organization dedicated to improving the lives of aging LGBT people by providing education, tools and resources, in cooperation with the Alzheimer's Association of Minnesota and North Dakota.
An advisory group comprised of LGBT community members, consumers of senior services, advocates, health care providers and experts in the field are helping in the creation of appropriate materials.

This project is funded in part by a grant from the Minnesota Board on Aging.
If you are an LGBT organization and are interested in learning more about dementia, Outing Dementa offers free presentations within the Twin Cities metro area. Complete the form below to request a session.
